"Will never step foot in store again! Findlay ohio. Bought perfume on December 28, tried to return January 8th said they delete all there sales at end of year so wouldn’t let me return. Worker just to lazy to look up! Now stuck with bottle of nasty smelling perfume I paid $115.00 for. Lesson learned!!"

"The workers here are lazy! I had purchased 3 products 2 on 1 day and another on the next day. I ended up hating the products after using them once and wanted to return them. I had the recite for 2 of the products but lost the one for my other product. I have a Sephora account and I purchased them with my Sephora account, I asked the lady if she could look up the transaction through my sephora account. She told me no and then just gave me back the product I was trying to return. No effert was put in on her part at all. I will not shop here anymore. Next time I'll go to Ulta, they have better customer service and better return policies. I mean come on, I have a sephora account and they can't look up my transaction to return this product? Why even have a return policy, people loose recites all the time."
