"Stacy, the self-checkout monitor who was on duty about 12:30-12:45 pm today (2/3/24) is racist. As I was checking out my items, I overheard the interaction at the checkout station next to me between Stacy and a Black woman about 30ish with 3 kids with her. The lady needed assistance at the checkout and Stacy was downright rude to her and talked to her like she was stupid. As I was leaving, I witnessed Stacy go up to another employee and brag, “I was so rude to this lady! I was super rude to her!” She then looked at me, changed her tone, and politely said, “Have a good day!” to me. This is unacceptable behavior of her to be nasty towards the Black woman, but be nice to me and the other customers in the self-checkout area, who were white. I will be writing an email to the corporate office about this as well. Say no to racism!"

"I came a little disappointed today. I needed help in the cosmetics aisle but there were no associates around. They explicitly say to ask an associate if you need something on the sky shelf but yet they don't make sure someone is available. I was also in the outdoor department and wasn't offered help but that was okay because I didn't need as much help as I thought I did."

"Beware cashiers here are scaming people they add the Small Charges on ur card .. for them to pick up later but u pay for it.. this girl charged my card for items I didn't buy not only she she also shorted me one of my bags with 3 items in there..here is the receipt.. items circled I never got and items marked with dash she must of needed this items because they sweetners and things..idk managers need to look into it.. I'm calling store tomorrow.."

"It's a Walmart. If you like strange people and bad customer service. This is your place to go ***Edit*** 6-1-23. My bad forgot what a dump this place is. Went to go check out bikes. All the ones we looked at the tires were flat. Seats loose. Steering not tightened. All garbage. Dented junk. Whoever assembled those bikes needs to get a new job. You do a job like this and do it bad .. that's absolutely unsafe and you are putting peoples safety at risk. Truly a Walmart to skip."
