"Jeremy was my artist. The art is really good. I can say that much. I'm happy with the result, but Jeremy was unbelievably unprofessional. I drove over an hour to meet him, but he was late every session. And not a few minutes either. I sat around for several hours waiting on him. My fourth appointment he just wasn't there. The door was locked and the lights off. I couldn't reach him or anyone on the phone. I waited around another hour hoping he would show, but he never did so i left. I will NOT be going back to Jeremy."
"Had Mika do my forearm with a concept. She brought it to life and it looks amazing!. Listens to you and doesn't give you any run around. Believe me when I say if she tells you something you better trust her training, experience and artistic talent."

"Update: After sending a reminder, i have received the refund, this review has been updated accordingly. After getting my appointment cancelled a few times, I kindly requested a refund of the gift certificate I had purchased from Jeremy. I told him I understood if he didnt agree to the refund, but he did. He said he would get it to me "right away". That was in February. I still have yet to get the refund. After several attempts and reminders, he became hostile and began speaking to me very unprofessionally. I understand if the artwork is good, and I would understand if he would have said "No Refunds" but he didnt, he agreed to refund, and didnt. To me, following through on your word to your customers is important, and lack of follow through, after 3 cancellations, is very unprofessional in my opinion."
