I was very impressed by the spa and had a wonderful and relaxing time. We enjoyed a beverage, some girl time, and a nail treatment. The quality of the services were exceptional. "Tim was phenomenal!! Probably the best massage I've ever received. He focused on the areas I needed extra time with and made me feel very comfortable! Unfortunately, check in felt extremely rushed. I was left with questions of where to go, where to leave my glass, and where to leave my robes and slippers when I'm done with my massage. Are the showers for everyone? Being my first time I was hoping to be walked through the process a bit slower and calmer. I could sense the stress of the receptionist to get back to the front. Given the busy season though i can understand the rush! The bathroom had debris and hair in the changing rooms so that was a bit offputting but again... busy season I get it. The quiet room was lovely and so was the complimentary drink! The robes are lush and cozy. Check out was a breeze so that was nice! Can't wait to come back with my husband."
"I'm a huge fan of the Woodhouse Spa brand and have tried several of their locations in Ohio, Indiana and Texas. This location is my top 2 for quality of massage, comfortable and soothing surrounding including the quiet room and luxurious amenities including a large shower and all the products for men's hygiene. My masseuse was incredible and made me feel like every care has left my body. I cannot recommend this location any higher."
