"This is a great gem on the west side. They always have exactly what I need. The service is top-notch! This is my only go-to place now. I have purchased several splints and braces, blood pressure monitors, etc. They were also always great with my late mom who needed customized support stockings. Check here first before you order on Amazon. Their prices are very competitive as well."
"I don't even want to give them even 1 star. The man that runs the oxygen equipment is extremely rude and accused us of stealing a mobile concentrator from another provider that we had purchased..that was the first thing he was worried about, not setting up my father's new equipment. Thankfully we moved at the start of the year and even trying to get them their equipment back he was extremely rude and completely awful to work with. Not sure why he is so mean and angry but he clearly needs to retire! You work with people in need of oxygen and are very clearly sick, yet you choose to be hard to work with. You should be kinder. I don't recommended anyone work with this place if you can help it. I should say there are others that were very nice, it's just this one man."
