"I had bad customer service today with the mogadore road store. she was rude and did'nt know any sale prices and it was'nt tagged as on sale. but it was on their ads on their app. also we receive anymore ads in mail or newspaper or even at the stores. I am very dissatisfied with dollar general."
"I frequent this local Dollar General at least twice a week. Store is well organized and kept up. Not a huge turn around on staff so it's welcoming and comfortable. Managers know me by face and it they show it with warm welcome's every trip I make."
"Wow. Just...wow. I stoppper in to grab a bottle or water or some other liquid refreshment and to browse around to see if there was anything I might need or want. Instead of finding anything of value (I know... it's Dollar General) I find an OSHA nightmare. Just look at this mess! You would think this was a Sunday after a huge sale...nope! It's a Wednesday afternoon about 3pm."
"The employees are super great and helpful. Never an attitude from any of the employees working there. Mostly clean and organized and if u ask a question u actually get an answer! One cashier (whose name I will find out and post at a later date) is just fantastic. Always smiling and makes conversation with all in line. She doesnt miss a beat."
