"This store is never open. They open when they want to and they close when they want to. The store is never stocked up and they barely have any workers. I really don’t understand why this store is even still open and it’s very sad because I did a job application and no one has yet called me, even though it clearly shows that they need more workers"
"Today I went in to use some coupons and the cashiers weren’t helpful with application. I used the stores app to total my price and it was different at the register. I know they were annoyed as when I apologized for the situation, that wasn’t my fault, the cashier jumped on her phone and said “you good” without looking at me because she was so ready for me to go to get back to her phone. Nothing they had on sale I really wanted was in stock. Some of the employees there are really nice, it’s just the lack of supplies. Hard finding things and just not a great place to shop if you’re using coupons. You will miss out on savings dealing with an out of stock store due to you having to make multiple transactions at different stores to get the deals. I’ll be driving to a further location from here on out to shop for my rewards."
"Google said they closed at 11 on Sunday, went there at 10:50 and they were closed and wouldn’t even answer phones. Are the hours on Google wrong or what?"
"Most of the workers are very unhappy and very unprofessional. One of the Caucasian girl workers on nights thinks she is a manager and she's just a regular employee who is very rude and disrespectful to customers. She falsely accuses people for stealing because of the way they appear or because they have dark skin. This place is a hot mess and I would never spend another dime in that place. there always out of stock and never at the register. All they do is follow each other around the store and gossip about their customers and manage. If you're so unhappy with your job go find a different one. It's not everyone else's fault that you're so unhappy with yourself/job that u have to be so rude to people. If it was possible to give this place a -5 stars I would."
"This Dollar General used to be great, I don’t know what happened. It seems like they can never keep employees and when they are staffed the shelves aren’t stocked. And the cashiers hide in the back with management so your standing in line for 10-15 minutes. This place is going downhill just like the others."
