"Straight trash!! I've been in this store a few other times because it's convenient to where I live but NEVER AGAIN!!! There was a black cashier checking people out with a line from the front door to the back but I continued to get what I needed get in line it wasn't moving so I put my items back & attempted to walk out the door. The cashier in front of a store of people tells me to stop asking if I had a bottle in my pocket which I did a almost empty bottle of advil which i always have with me. (THIS TRASH STORE don't even sell the advil I buy all the time. ) long story short I take the bottle out of my pocket walk to the counter telling her I already had it as everyone looking at me like I was a thief!!! Opened it it was almost empty then wants to apologize. I feel some type of way what I get stopped because I'm the only white person in the store she needs to worry less about me that's not doing anything & more about her own people that steal all the time & rob that place gun point!!!! It's not WHITE me doing it!!!!! Needless to say after I get ahold of the Manager to tell them what I think they have lost my business forever!!!"

"Although store hours are listed as 8 am-9 pm, they seem to close early and open late. On 1/6/23, they closed at 6:15 pm. I tried to go again in this morning on 1/7/23 at 9 am and they were again not open. I called and was told there was only one worker at the store, and they were unable to open."

"I spent over $20+ on Uber/Lyft to shop here and when I arrived the exterior doors were locked but the interior doors were open. I couldn't figure out why a national chain would not have a sign on the door, etc. I waited a few minutes, peered in, called them. In the interim, a van pulled up next to the red Dodge suv and we spoke about how they were closed. I was there about 5 min. when two young females exited the red Dodge. She sauntered past without a word and opened up the store. I asked her why she hadn't told me or the van customer that she was there. She stated "they were on their break." I said, "yes, but you could have opened your window and told us. You are letting your customers leave." She said, "I didn't see anyone else." (They had pulled in next to her.) They had also seen me standing there for many minutes in direct and clear view (they were parked right at the entrance.) Why do both employees take a break at the same time? Imagine if Walmart closed so they could take lunch? Clearly the employees do not care at all about their customers, and it is atrocious to continue to employ individuals like this. Many other reviews that they are closed during open hours. Additionally, the female I spoke to walked back to her red Dodge and sat in it for another "break"? I definitely would not return to this store, nor any in the region if this is the type of void customer service you promote. Customers = revenue = paychecks."
