"The times I have visited this store while open the staff were friendly, as well as the store was decently kept organized. There were alot of packages that weren't stocked yet, but overall the store seemed clean. I think maybe once they hire any needed staff alot of issues would be resolved."

"They are always closed. Which is probably for the best seeing how you cant even walk around the store due to u-boats not being put away. They always say they are closed due to staffing yet I know 2 people who has applied and was told that the store was fully staffed. They have been closed for 3days in a row now so at this point it should probably just be shut down. Horrible store and I feel sorry for the 2 ladies they do have working. I wouldn't recommend going to this store at all. If I could give no stars I would."

"Every aisle is blocked with boxes of merchandise waiting to be put away and the store is extremely dirty! Merchandise is all over the floor. Parking lot is full of litter. Been to this store numerous times and the conditions are always the same. Refuse to shop here any more! Clean it up or close it"

"The store that I went to on Vernon Odom in Akron Ohio has been remodeled it looks nice I can find things they even put a refrigerator section in they still need a whole lot of work on having enough employees to put the stock out I find myself going in and straightening up shelves while I'm looking for what I need so that other people behind me can still find what they need shelves are looking empty and I'm watching employees put merchandise out but there's only one employee putting merchandise out and one person at the cash register and that's it I think they need to have more stock people out on specific days when trucks come in so that the whole order can be put out you can't sell it if it's in a box in the stockroom"

"What this location lacks in organization and neatness, it more than makes up for in the category of friendly and helpful staff. Each time I shop, the counter staff happily greet me (and the other shoppers too,) the staff working the floor verify that im finding what I need, and I cant count the number of times I've brought clearance items to Jimmy at the register to check prices. With each item he patiently pulls away from what he's doing and begins scanning to get me pricing. I dont always buy what he checks, but each time he graciously takes the items to restock. Always friendly, always knowledgeable, always efficient. This location is a great asset to the neighborhood!!"
