"Was traveling through from out of state, and needed something sweet. Your ice cream is fantastic. The customer service not so much. The kid working tonight (1/1/22) seemed highly inconvenienced with our presence. He rolled his eyes at us constantly, he was slinging stuff and slamming stuff on the counter. Didnt say hello please or thank you. I wanted a banana split like my husband but he was acting so hateful, I dared to not ask. I got 2 scoops and left. I get it. Everyone is short staffed and stressed. But maybe coach your people on the importance of good customer service, or hire someone who has it."
"Came here to get gas . Prepaid inside . They charged my bank card and the system tried to say the transaction failed . You stole my money off my card and the system tried to say it didn’t go through . I have my receipt and the bank statement Showing I was charged! . I’ll be contacting UDF Corp to get my money back. Hire people who know what they’re doing!"
