"This store is rundown and dirty. The windows and the entryways are full of trash! The bag of chips in the window has been there for months! Hopefully nobody buys it! The store Unorganized and filthy to say the least! Isles are full of boxes and merchandise. The customer service employees are unfriendly and constantly on their phones. They truly don’t seem to care! Really surprised that it’s in this condition especially in Loveland’!!"
"Stood in the checkout line for 10 minutes since it was alerting it needed an associate. The cashier was helping another customer check out so I waited. After she left, he saw me walked away and I figured it was to grab someone to punch in some numbers. Then came back and walked away again without saying anything. He had his airpods in and didn't stop to help at all so I ended up leaving mine and my daughters stuff on the register and walking out."
"well. Couldn't even use a cart because there were so many boxes of stuff in the issues. I asked the cashier, who was not busy with anyone else were I could locate am item and she just said over there. Obviously no help. She acted as if she was intoxicated. I definitely would not recommend this particular store location. I shop at other dollar generals and they normally are not as bad as this one."
"Giving it 1 star because I can’t give 0, Megan checked me out after I asked her “where she could help me” POLITELY, despite the fact she was on her phone and ignoring me. Her response was very rude “umm where the light his on” as she points in the direction. Mind you this is my first time there. The store is extremely dirty and unorganized. I had to move boxes to even get what I needed. She handed me my bag at the end and said “you’re welcome” with an attitude, before I said even got to say a word. I told her she was rude! People with these types of attitudes shouldn’t be working in customer service."
"It's a great store! Lovely employees, especially the cashier. He was friendly, and kind to us. His name was Daniel. He put smiles on our faces everytime we go inside to buy something."
