"The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is stocked with most of my needs and it's so quick to get what I need and get out. Although, sometimes, I just enjoy shopping and seeing their new and seasonal items. Unfortunately, The Covid crisis has left some of the shelves empty, and I cannot always find my needs."
"The staff is friendly however they need to be aware of their line. I was just there and the cashier had a line of 8 people. I had already been waiting 5 minutes. She and another customer she was ringing out were just chit chatting while her line got longer. Was there no one in the store she could call to help her? The customer was rude too she was holding a little dog and was oblivious to the line accumulation behind her! Terrible customer service!"
"Now this DG is for real! Plenty of aisle space, a lot more merchandise to choose from and geez wouldn't know that DG does in fact sell garden tools!!! Unlike the employees told me at the Blanchester location. Most people, including myself thought a DG is a DG,they're all the same right? Hell No! This store outranks and performs at a much higher level! Boycott Blanchester DG!!"
