"I went here for a flu shot 13 days ago and my arm is still black and blue and red at the injection site. The medical assistant literally jabbed it into my arm and I've never in my life had a such a painful injection. She then slapped a big red bandaid on my shoulder and somehow missed the injection site. Later when the bandaid was removed, the gauze was saturated from blood dripping downward into it. It was unprofessional and I regret going here."
