"They're always out of basic items. Few staff available to help you. Shopping carts are junky. Prices are good, if you can find what you need."
"Waited in line for the cashier to greet me and my children and nobody said a thing to me. It was Black Friday and the store was empty at the moment. I came in and picked some balloons out to blow up for my mother’s birthday. I waited patiently but never got greeted. I watched as the staff rushed to help others who came in after me. They greeted and asked what did they need. I believe the manager was there at the time."
"Not enough selection of wedding stuff. I actually went to 2 different locations and both times there was someone else also wondering where is all the wedding stuff. I ended up going to Hobby Lobby to get the rest of what I needed."
"They have a good selection of themed and unthemed party supplies. Themed supplies include movies, superheros, video games, and TV show characters. Their balloon selection is the best in the area as far as I'm aware. The prices are high but they offer some items that I couldn't find online. The employees were friendly and helpful. Opportunities for improvement include the restrooms, which are truly gross (see photo), and the lack of a cart return area. The store is elevated above the parking lot. A flight of stairs leads to the front door. The ramp, for wheelchairs and carts, begins in front of the grocery store next door. Returning a cart isn't easy or fast in comparison to most other retailers. Overall, this is a convenient stop for party supplies."
"Probably a once in a lifetime trip for me, but was necessary to pick up a 1970's costume my wife ordered. Even though the store was crowded and busy, the service was great. Costumes worked out to perfection. Kid of Kid & Play called us Peaches and Herb!"
