"Stopped to get a cone of ice cream and the employee that was there was extremely rude. I understand that is a holiday but if your more interested in talking with some guy that isn't buying anything you shouldn't be there. Her response was ice cream is closed. I Stopped at another one and the employee was extremely nice and my grandson got his ice cream cone. The employee at the milford store needs to be taught some manners."
"This last visit was the first time ever that they wouldn't sell me a ice crem in a cone any there was still 15 to 20 minutes before closing I was very disappointed in the worker not very friendly at all!"
"For a company that has made millions on the Cincinnati community You think they could supply themselves with large lids that actually fit there malt cups so people don't destroy there interior of there cars. There close to a lawsuit considering they know the problem and keep serving the malts with the wrong lids. Shame on you UDF"
