"This location is very clean and the cashiers up front are very nice. But..... Customer service in the back tends to make you feel like a nuisance to their existence. Maybe they should at least try faking their politeness like all us other customer service workers do."

"The staff isn't really helpful but you can usually find something to fit your needs. It takes a lot of time to find what you need. Pricing is rather crazy with discounts and Kohl's cash, so you never really know the price you will really pay, They are open late which is helpful. I don't like that they don't even have a chair for husband's to take a break while waiting for the wife to try on things."
