"Cassie Isaiah and their manager Kendal were all very friendly, I got a 2 dip sundae and not only was the sundae great, but the view out of the window was stunning. This is probably one of the most relaxing places on the planet, no loud music, no traffic noise, just great ice cream and friendly conversations between employees and customers. UDF does more than sell ice cream, they sell a unique experience you can’t find anywhere else."

"Employees are always rude. I work close by so I walk here quite often to get a couple items. I'm never greeted. It's a rare occurrence to actually be told my total. Last time I went in to get a few things and the cashier never made eye contact with me or said a single word to me. Talk about feeling awkward and unwelcome. I'll be stopping elsewhere on my way to work."

"I went there at 5:10am on November 3 2022. Assistant manager was extremely disrespectful and rude, I also had price discrepancy because it was ringing up higher than advertised and she wouldn't fix the price issue and charged me an extra 2 dollars on smokes and almost an extra 2 on soda. Not happy, I felt it was the only place open and I had to take being treated like total trash to get what I needed. Didn't give me a bag so I asked and she dropped my soda in the bag to where they shook. Crazy bad experience."

"The staff greeted me upon arrival. I needed one quick thing the gas station across the street didn't have. I was able to get the Hot Hands and was in and out in 2 minutes! Store was clean and parking lot too!"

"With gas prices jumping up so high today I wanted to make sure I got to UDF in Milford before the low price guarantee expired. And I couldn't figure out how to get it to show up on the pump, I went inside. They were pretty busy one of the young man came to wait on me shortly and was as helpful and courteous as could be."
