"I just returned from this pharmacy and can’t believe the experience I had. I entered a request on Jan. 8th for a prescription refill. I received a message the the prescription was delayed as they needed to contact my physician for a refill. On MyChart I saw my physician approved the refill Jan. 9th. Today is the 12th and I still hadn’t received a message the prescription was ready. I went to the pharmacy to inquire and the young lady waiting on me said they were waiting for approval from my doctor. I then showed her the MyChart showing it was approved by my doctor on the 9th. It even showed the prescription number. She said all she could do was resubmit the request. I asked how this could happen and the pharmacist yelled across the room that they had a power outage on Tuesday. I asked her why didn’t you follow up and the pharmacist (Lasandra) started shouting over and over we had a power outage on Tuesday interrupting me trying to ask the young lady waiting on me if there was any way she could expedite it as I was out of the medication. She just kept interrupting me every time I tried to talk. I asked her to please quit yelling at me. I never raised my voice the entire time. So end result they faxed another request to my doctor for approval and told me if I wanted it expedited I should call him. I just can’t believe how that pharmacist acted. The young lady waiting on me was very polite but I was astounded by the rudeness of Lasondra. So here I sit with no pills and a bad taste in my mouth."
