"Our Girls wanted ice cream from UDF, so, we went to the store on Branch Hill. The person making our ice cream was very goth (for description of only) with a hood up. As a note, ice cream area was disgusting…however, as she scooped ice cream (no gloves) she was coughing over the ice cream. Then, my daughter, 6 had to go to the bathroom? She waited 15 minutes and out walks the goth employee. When I walked her in, it was clear by the smell that she had been vaping. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told; “There’s no manager here today.” Ergo why this particular UDF is losing our business. Certainly not something the Lidner’s will tolerate, I’m sure."
"I’m thoroughly confused. I can’t order ice cream / milkshake because the order taking system is down, not because they don’t have product. UDF can’t do ice cream because their order taking system is down??? Let that sink in. Shockingly, in a prior life you could just take my order by mouth??? Mind-boggling. I keep trying to give this location a chance and they continue to fail. @UDF, you need to really consider revamping this order taking protocol you now have for ice cream."
"Used to enjoy getting shakes from here. Now you spend $5 or more and have no idea if your getting a shake or expensive milk. Used to be able to ask for them to leave your shake thick. Now self service kiosk has removed ability to communicate. If you want a thick shake it’s an additional $1.50. Don’t risk the money. If your looking for a shake go somewhere else."
"Your girl child that is working tonight, should not be working tonight. Or any other night for that matter. The children you have running your store are nothing more but children and should not be working alone. Your floors look like they haven't been mopped in 5 months of Sundays. The fountain machine is broke down for the past 5 months. This store is just wow. Unbelievable"
"Want to apologize to the employees for interrupting their phone time by ordering a milkshake and getting my son a slushy. Guy at the register had an attitude, the guy making the milkshake seemed like he had no clue how to put the ingredients in the cup properly and kept having to add the ingredients. Wont be coming back to this location for gas let alone anything inside. I hope the managers get their stuff together because I would hate for corporate to see how poorly this newly renovated store is running."
