"Have come here several times. Not a great experience. There is so much clutter and boxes all over the aisles you can barely get through without tripping on something. Not one thing has a price on it. No pricing for items on the shelves. Doesn't seem very legal. I asked for French Onion dip. They point me to a filthy refrigerator/cooler to find one and it was empty! No excuse but laziness and neglect at this store.They sell expired foods. I just opened a danish I got in there two days ago (December 2022) and it expired August of 2022. Really?? The workers there are not pleasant at all. They seem miserable working there. They never greet their customers, never smile no matter how polite the customers are. They sit at the counter and prefer to talk to people who have no intention of buying anything. If you ask them if they carry something they act like it's a real inconvenience. They let too much riff raff loiter around all day and I have seen customers harassed by them and they get back in their cars and drive off. There was a quadruple shooting in the park right by it where people loiter around as well with loud boom boxes and even with the shooting they still let people loiter. Just awful."

"I shop here almost daily. The owners and they’re family are awesome people and so friendly . I asked them about a specific item and they didn’t carry it. I go in the following week and they now have it in stock just because I mentioned it one time!!!! They go above and beyond.. they are great to and for this neighborhood and community. They give back to the neighborhood. These people ain’t just the neighborhood store owners ,( they live/grew up in this neighborhood ), they try to make you feel like your a part of their family.. . ’ You walk in they call you by name..they inquire about your day or what’s going on in your life. They really do care.. HEY BIG MAMMAS MARKET AND THE FAMILY —- Thanks for being a staple of the neighborhood and a pillar to the community!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!’"
