"Very bad day all over Was at soin for 8 hrs with a abscess tooth and part of my brace jammed in my gum ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at soin complete lack of concern for there patient just because it was a toothache and not there field But Maria at walgreens on dayton yellow was UNABLE to help me.....but was concerned, took action in trying to help , and genuinely seemed like she cared This coming from a medical field where u can barely get anyone to look up and smile at u anymore this made my day even tho I'm still in pain and couldn't get my situation handled she did her best Thankyou and remember one good service by you guys can turn someone's whole day around so please be considerate of who your speaking to on the other line its not just a voice"
"I’m the Store Manager so I’m admittedly biased, but our staff is friendly and professional. I’m new to this store as of August of 2018 and I have just started to get to know many of the fine people of Fairborn. What a great community! I’ve met some very warm and friendly customers. We always do our best to meet the needs of customers, so long as it’s in line with policy and ethical. We have an industry leading app for smartphone users. Our customers love it for coupons, pictures, and managing prescriptions! If, for any reason, your not satisfied please visit/call me at the store. We’re not perfect but strive to be with the help from your feedback. We also have a survey phone number that prints on many receipts.
