"I have consistently had problems filling prescriptions at the drive through window at this CVS location. Prescriptions are not ready in a timely manner & pharmacy staff does not make an effort to resolve problems. On the most recent occasion, they were not willing to bill my insurance. I would rate 0 stars if it was possible."
"This pharmacy is a joke. They closed the one on broad street so this is the only cvs in Fairborn. They are under staffed and extremely busy so expect to wait up to an hour for your prescription. On Sunday I came to pick up my prescription and they said all their pharmacy staff was sick so the pharmacy is closed all day. Now there is no way to get my prescription until tomorrow. Good thing it isn't insulin or heart meds cause I would be dead if it was life saving medications. The staff was just like, "sorry about your luck." They should have alerted the cvs in Beavercreek to fill needed medically necessary scripts if they were just going to close their pharmacy. Absolutely insane!! Go anywhere but here if your able."
