"I mean, it portsmouth, so you know it gonna be covered with needle, and they destroyed the playground that I used to play on when I was a kid. My favorite memory was my toe nail was removed because of the wooden stair, and i covered the whole playground with my blood before I noticed it... maybe it was a good idea they removed that...."

"Love this place. It's a shame what we have done to our children's park. I used to love coming to this park and walk in the bridges n crawling the tunnels and talking into the little can on a string type phones in the walls of the wood of the structure of the park. The grown ups using drugs have destroyed it n made it so usafe fr they've shut it down. I've heard recently they are to clean it out and redo it. I hope this is the case."

"Why are there no restrooms at this location? This park has been in the area for several generations, and has been up kept nicely throughout the years: very much appreciated. The wood mazes are something my children love! Would be a five star park if it had contained an area to let the kids use the restroom."

"I remember when this park was new and it’s come into a lot of disrepair and not to mention all of the crack heads and hobos I’ve seen huddled up in it really ruin the experience when you know you are trying to let your kids have fun. Until it’s fixed watch out for nails, needles and splinters."

"We had a good visit today , did our good deed for the day by picking up all the lose trash around mound and also around playground and shelter buildings as we enjoyed walk around. Its do bad park isn't enjoyed by more and is seen as a place of bad happenings and drug use and dealing ! We will continue to visit in hopes others will also and make a difference in it , who knows maybe someday it will be as I remember it growing up."
