"Visited 2/9/24 ordered big breakfast at the curb side got home no hashbrown. Tried to call phone rings and rings and scratches in your ear no answer.worst mcds ever..didn't think it could get worse than it already was but I was wrong...in 2023..Have Mcd another go today wow bad service a drive threw that makes you pull ahead for a cheese burger and a fry at 11:30am"

"Typical slow drive through experience, ordered 2 Mc doubles and they had me pull up and wait in a pick up spot... 2 sandwiches.... really.. horrible service speeds."

"We asked how fresh their French fries were and they responded with "We just dropped a fresh basket, it'll be about 3 minutes." When we got our food, the French fries were not fresh at all, not even warm. We went back around the drive thru to get new fries and the cashier at the first window told us basically go to the next window and have them fix it. He was incredibly rude!"

"first of all, I made a suggestion to correct their hours. Online it says they’re open till midnight. I’m not from around here, and a lot of people told me don’t trust the times. So I called at 10:37 PM and verified if they were going to be open, they told me at that time they were closing at 11 o’clock. This is a Saturday night, so this is not what their post at our site. So I asked, is the ice cream machine working? To which they stated yes, of course it is. We arrived at the restaurant in less than 10 minutes, and when we went to order, they informed us that the ice cream machine has already been broken down. They’re not even close yet. I’m not sure why it’s such a big deal to keep the ice cream machine working until you’re closed. Either way we ordered some additional items, which were OK, but it’s just always disappointing to never be able to get what you want. Do better McDonald’s."
