"Our dogs just love it and so do I. Not everyone picks up their dogs poop..which is unacceptable. There are doggie poop bags and trash cans in several places. This place is convenient to bring my dogs. I really appreciate having this space available."
"Nice, new park with hills to increase the exercise quantity for that day, water, shelter. A little remote with a guy hanging around from neighborhood so women be cautious and aware. Buddy system always. We faked a phone conversation as we exited and he walked by as if we were waiting for someone to meet us there."
"Heads up: aggressive dogs are sometimes there. Sandhill is one of the best dog parks in the area. It has shade, water, small and big dog areas. Unfortunately when I took my 11 month old Bernese puppy today a man was there with his three large dogs, stopping people at the gate because his pitbull attacks other dogs. I won’t take a giant dog in the small’s area so we left"
"I took my rescued German Shepherd there who has a few issues and the people were incredible. He tends to be easily intimidated by dogs and the other owners were super with him. The place was so clean, there was fresh straw covering everything, and it’s actually a beautiful area. We will be going back this week. It was truly very nice even with a picnic area."
