"Patterson Park is a small playground area that is built into an older neighborhood in Fairborn. When we visited on a sunny afternoon in May, it was clean, and all of the equipment was in good repair. There are a couple of structures for ages 2-5 a couple of separate structures for ages 6-10, and a big set of swings with two infant swings. It's pretty basic and has a peaceful vibe. There are several benches for adults to sit, some shaded by trees. No water fountains, bathrooms or parking lot; plan to BYO water bottles, park on the street and "go before you go". My 8 year old guest found a new friend interested in playing imaginary adventure games and they spent close to an hour climbing, chasing, swinging and jumping. Patterson Park is by no means glamorous by modern standards, but it does offer the potential for some good old-fashioned fresh air fun."
"Not a bad little park! Right in the middle of a neighborhood, just off the main road. Besides a bit of profanity written in a few places, the park was litter free and looked decently maintained. I like the number options for kids of different ages to play on."

"My young family loved everything about this park. It surprised me for being a small park tucked into the neighborhood. Two cute ride on dinosaurs, perfect shade in the evening, lots to do, fully fenced, had swings area + three other playground areas, lots of benches, perfect for meeting friends at."
"Plenty of space and spots for sitting. Multiple jungle gyms and plenty of swing make it better to gold more kids than a single overcrowded spot."
