"Worst store and they let the store build a line of customers the workers do not be trying to help out front they be acting busy and that is horrible I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone the customer service is horrible they be on there phones and talking on the phone the MANAGER NEED TO GET SOME ORDER IN HERE THIS IS HORRIBLE YEAH THEY JUST UPDATED THE STORE AND ALL BUT WHATS THE SENCE IF HAVING 2 cash drawers when it’s only one worker this store should get shut down the OWNER NEEDS TO POP IN AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE PEOPLE HE HIRING I BEEN IN LINE FOR 10 mins literally this establishment is not that !!!!! "This is by far the worst Family Dollar I've ever been to. The manager Tiffany is rude and not professional at all. The store is nasty doesn't look clean at all. They should just shut this store down."
"I like their products and their prices, but my experience is they treat customers like trash. I am not a thief or a robber, but am always treated like one whenever I shop. They spy me suspiciously and ALWAYS go outside and scope my daughter's car which she always parks as close to the front door as possible as I am 64-years old and avoid walking long distances. I think they are uneasy because I am an Israelite woman, often cover my head and my hair is gray, so that seems to unnerve them. On one visit, they set off those sirens in the store so many times, that I left with a migraine. Personally, I think those whites in the back of the store are robbing the store or arranging for it to be robbed and stolen from and blaming it on the neighborhood customers. Ugh, for convenience sake I must shop there. I dread it, but here I go!"
