"I came in with my children and there was an employee helping me with finding costumes. The whole time she was “ helping” me she seemed aggravated, agitated and just completely rude. I seen another review about her and I was there when she was rude to the other costumer screaming things at her. As the women was leaving the store she was screaming bye to her and said some very out of pocket things as she left to us. She was disrespectful. My children were around and it made me feel very uncomfortable, to the point where I left as well because I will not be shopping at a business and giving my money to somewhere like this any longer, it was completely not right. She was a larger girl wearing a pumpkin shirt but I didn’t get a name, what the other lady said definitely don’t come here and may I mention that no, the girl did not do anything at all to her."
"If I could give this place a negative star I would. I went to this party city tonight for Halloween tomorrow and while I was sorting out costumes trying to figure out which one I would like a employee came up to me and rolled her eyes for no reason and said some very rude remarks. After that I was done and completely just left when I was about to purchase I left everything because how bad that encounter had me upset. She then continued to say rude things as I walked out the door in front of other costumers, she was screaming “ BYE” as well. I didn’t even do anything and Other costumers were even mind blown I was just so confused. I told the manager as I hope he truly does something about this because I would love to keep coming back! She was bigger, had her hair in a ponytail and was wearing a pumpkin shirt. Completely made my experience terrible with this place! Completely rude, unprofessional, and she was out right disgusting. If you hate your job so bad why do you work there then? Don’t treat your customers like that. Do NOT come here."
"Still had plenty of costumes to choose from even just 3 days before Halloween, so this mom, who had a child, changed her mind on her costume yesterday with what she wanted to be found a costume she wanted to wear. It was very busy, and they had plenty of staff on hand that I was checked up quickly at the register."
