"Went to the shop to talk to them about flowers for our wedding. No one else in the shop but the owner told us she was too busy to discuss it with us and asked us to call back two days from then to talk. Didn’t offer to show us anything or set out any books to look through arrangements. I was shocked. We left and went across town to the other flower shop where we were treated much better and used them for our flowers."
