"The worst experience I have ever had. They got new lady who really didn’t know how to cut hair, ruined my hair asked her manager to come and fix and for the second time she ended up with even worst. When I stated talking to the one who tend to be the Manager Laura, she was unprofessional in communication and pretended that everything was all right. I will never visit this branch and not recommend to anyone. finally I went to best cut and got my hair fixed."

"The stylist didn't listen or really read the notes from previous appointments. I asked for a high fade, but she did a blend with clipper guards. Others I have had cut my hair usually start with the clippers, but then switch to scissors and a comb to get a good fade. I had to have her fix it twice before I was slightly happy with it. I have also had this stylist cut my hair before and I was not happy with it then either. I understand that this is a skill, but if you are not confident in it you should ask if the client would like to wait until a better skilled stylist is available to assist."

"Normally really good here, but the most recent time on 11/18 was bizarrely bad. The stylist I had seemed new and was complaining about working and Christmas songs which is fine, we all go through that. But she also yelled at someone who tried to do a walk in, ignored me and gave me the wrong length when I insisted my previous cut was different (she realized the mix-up of different customer cards too late), was way too aggressive grabbing my head while she struggled with the electric trimmers, and now I have a really uneven haircut. I would’ve spoken up then but I was scared to because she had scissors and seemed unstable…"

"Great value and decent haircuts. No advanced appointment is needed, but best to do the on line check in. They do as good a job, and in many cases better, than " salons" where you pay $70 for just a cut."
