"I cannot say enough about Blushing Beauty, but more importantly Celeste! Whether I’m looking for lighter or darker, shorter or longer she always has the right answer! From finish to end she offers a warm experience, and is very detail oriented! She always remembers that I’m in the medical field wearing my hair up every day, so she does the color treatment that is most effective for showing it off! I’ve heard her teaching some of the newer staff/ giving them pointers and she really knows what she’s talking about and she explains it so they understand! She’s very flexible and is helpful with deciding what to do with your hair! 14/10 would recommend Celeste!"
