"The owner Nicole was very polite and friendly, however, I was not satisfied with the haircut she gave me. I showed her an image of what I wanted (a mid length bob) and she assured me it was doable and that she was going to add layers. The hairstyle she gave me is way too circular (like a poodle) and doesn’t look remotely similar to the picture. If you have thick curly Mediterranean hair I would avoid this salon. I appreciate that she gave me a partial refund when I expressed that I was unhappy with her work."

"Carol was absolutely amazing with her haircuts!! They scheduled an appointment for my daughter and I to get highlights and my daughters haircut. They change the time on us and I adjusted. I showed up and there was a haircut scheduled in our place. We waited a half hour for our scheduled appointment. She started our work then someone else showed up during our time for another haircut. So they offered us free pedicures. However it was six weeks during Christmas and we couldn't make it. They kindly agreed to let us schedule. I scheduled for Saturday at 12:30. They asked me to come at 12:45 and I agreed. Then they called at 12:43 and said I was late. I refuse to go back there they do not treat their customers kindly. They were also very rude and not welcoming. Thanks for your apology. However my first appointment was on 11/17. That is not two months until 12/31/21. You only gave us one complementary hair cut. Also I was asked to come in at 12:45 today. when they called at 10:13 and asked that we come in at 10:30, I said that I would be there at 12:45 as I was asked. Please don't lie. Your second call was at 12:45 and I was getting ready to park. Please remember your business depends on customer service. I have never been jollied around time wise so much. Please check with your workers about the time as your fact are wrong. I will never recommend someone to come to your salon. It is really a shame you have not tried to resolve this. I wish your business well!"

"Brett is absolutely amazing when it comes to bright party colors (well she's amazing at everything but especially that). I went in with super faded, scraggly, dry & damaged hair and came out with super soft, gorgeous bright red hair with hints of magenta. Since I've been trying to grow my hair out as well, she was great with working with me to help me keep as much of the length as I could while still getting my hair looking and feeling healthy again. The salon itself is great and everyone working there was really nice and friendly. The prices are spot on too and really reasobable, especially considering the amount of work she put in."
