My haircut with Kalie was amazing, I don't think anyone has ever been as kind to my hair as her, and she is very knowledgeable about caring for hair especially curly hair. "I just visited Willow Room for the first time and the atmosphere was very inviting and cozy! Evan was very nice and friendly! She was very easy to talk to the whole she was waxing my eyebrows! "Really wanted to love this place, and even tried convincing myself I did after my haircut to justify the fact that I spent $300.. But I can't lie, I absolutely hate my hair. She knew I had curly hair, then thinned it out a lot, and now my curls are not the same as they were before. Also, there's so much breakage that's super visible from so much thinning. I then spent more money afterwards on products she recommended that left my hair dry and frizzy. The color is also almost the same as when I went there, so I don't understand how the price was so high. She was so sweet and wonderful, I absolutely hate that I'm leaving a bad review, but this was the most disappointed I've ever been in a cut, especially after the money I spent. Too scared to try this place again"

"I've been coming here for about two years, now. It's hands down the best salon I've ever gone to. It's super queer friendly, is a unique space that feels welcoming, has a really relaxed vibe, and it seems like the stylists are treated well by management and genuinely want to be there. I've mostly booked with Kalie, but had Javon today. I'm super protective of my hair and it's been so rare in the past for me to find someone I trust with it. Both Kalie and Javon are the rare type that I'm willing to trust to do whatever they think is best or will work well. I always leave feeling beautiful and it feels more like time with a friend than a chore. Both are very kind, engaging, and patient - I've accidentally gone over my time with each of them, I'm sorry, I promise to book a longer appointment next time!!"

"I have thick crazy curly hair and never knew what to do with it, nor have I ever really loved my haircuts when natural, such that I would straighten it or throw it up in a bun. I had an appointment with Kelsey and she gave my hair lots of much needed TLC! Kelsey carefully cut my hair like it was a garden sculpture and every piece lays perfectly and the shape is so lovely without it being toooo big. The minute I left the salon I received compliments on my hair. I am fortunate that I stumbled upon this gem of a salon, and I would trust my mane with Kelsey any day!!"
