"I’ve been going to dione nail spa for a while now and I love it! I go to Kelly everytime and she does exactly what I want and is amazing at communicating. I’ve tried a couple of other people there and they all do great!"

"I was a regular client for 2 years, saw 3 different nail tech’s over that time. My experience was good, until I had to return for a repair. I called to make an appointment, got in within a few days. One of my nails had chipped after a week. Typically, they last for 3 weeks. The nail tech was clearly annoyed and said “you need to hurry up and decide what you want to do, I have another client in 5 minutes.” Wow. I knew from that moment, I would not be returning. One of the owners, heard this and said nothing. This issue was not my fault, I didn’t schedule the appointment time for 15 minutes, nor did I perform a poor service, initially. If you continue to allow your employees to treat clients this way, you won’t have a business."

"My nail tech- Heidi did an excellent job on my dip powder nails today. I came in with a specific idea for Christmas nails, and she was able to perfectly execute what I had in mind. I enjoyed working with her very much!"

"A guy did my nail today and he was TERRIBLE !! I told him to get the mess of my finger and he kept saying it goes away when you wash your hand and did not even bother to get a cotton ball and do it !! I washed my hands so far 5 times Sir !! My nails look like was done by a 2 years old !!"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND- TECH STOLE MONEY I have been going to this salon since they opened and recently went in for my appointment with Mimi who I see regularly every 3 weeks. When checking out I asked the total so I could give her a cash tip she ripped my card out of my hand and told me the total was $93.76 and walked away and laid my receipt down for me to sign. When I looked at it the total said $100.11 I walked to the back to ask why the price was different and she told me she forgot to tell me it was $5 more for changing the shape of my nails which I didn’t change the shape. She then proceeded to yell through the salon “I’m sorry are we good?” Even if she did charge $5 more that doesn’t add up to what the total on my receipt was. Two days later the matte top coat was starting to peel off of all of my nails. I texted her and she said to come back in and they’d redo the top coat so I went back and someone else took me. I sat down and as he was shoving food in his mouth he took the buffer block to only 6 of my nails and I asked if he was going to fix all the nails and he said yes. He then just painted over top of what was already messed up and said you’re done. After leaving I noticed that the top coat was all over the sides of my fingers so I was pushing down on my skin to get the top coat off of my fingers. Within 10 mins of leaving bubbles were appearing all over the top coat which turned into bubbles of the top coat peeling off. I texted her pictures of my nails and she told me to come back again. I told her I couldn’t I had a dr appointment to go to and told her I’d rather just be reimbursed at least a portion of my service and I’d go get them fixed else where her exact words were “sorry that doesn’t work at all” I will NEVER be back and I will make sure to never recommend this salon. They do not care about their customers and the money or loyalty that is paid to their business. From someone who works in the beauty industry it’s embarrassing and beyond unprofessional how they treat people. After my bill being a different amount than what I was told I’m now wondering how many other times there were charges applied that should not have been. I am disgusted by the thought of money being stolen from me."
