"I went in with already damaged hair. The girl was really nice who did a color and deep conditioning. My hair was still in bad shape and we called and told them I didn't care for the color and the deep conditioning made it even harder to comb so they asked me to come back in and let them look at it. The appointment was weeks away and when I went back in, the same girl looked at it and I kept telling her it wasn't her fault that my hair was already in bad shape and I just wanted a miracle. We agreed on a cut, and color and she went in the back room and I guess had a melt down and the owner came and told us she wasn't gonna do my hair and she was having anxiety. I get it. My hair is difficult. And she told us to leave. You would think being professional, they would have one of the other girls try to do it. Why even tell me to come back and take time out of my day to get told to leave for absolutely no reason. I was very nice to the girl. Very nice. They even refused to do my friends hair that was with me and her hair is good and simple highlights. Not very professional in my opinion. I could see if I came in and made a scene or something. Wow. I do not recommend. Alot of money spent there to be treated that way."
