"my husband just went here today and asked for the same haircut he gets every time, which has been in the great clips system since he started going a few years ago. he wanted it long on the top and fading to the bottom with a hard part on his left side. the cut started out fine but went very wrong, fast. he gave the stylist at least 3 attempts for her to get the cut correctly, even showing reference photos of the cut on himself, yet these photos are the result of what he got. completely uneven and not at all what he asked for. the left side of his head is what it’s supposed to look like on both sides, yet the stylist cut him bald on his right side, after he told her specifically how to cut it. as he was walking up to pay, another stylist told the one who cut his hair to wipe his neck of all the leftover hair from his cut. he walked back to the car still covered in hair all over his face. we didn’t bother going in asking for a refund or to attempt getting it fixed because he didn’t want to cause a scene due to how upset he was."

"Been to this store once before and didn't have a problem but the last time I went, it wasn't a great experience. I knew the lady was new at cutting hair but I didn't day anything because I have social anxiety. I get my hair cut the same way so I know how it's supposed to get cut(yes, I know everyone cuts different) but I could tell right away it wasn't right. Once I got home to wash it and style it, I could see I was right. I get layers and a framed face. Yeah that is definitely not what I got. Contacted customer service and they said someone would get back to me... been almost 2 weeks. Now I can't style my hair or anything. Definitely won't be going back. Had a similar experience at a different great clips and it took me years to go back to one and to even get a hair cut."

"I have been taking my 2 sons here since they were babies. My one son is nonverbal autistic and they are so amazing with him and treat him like a normal kid with some extra kindness. They went above and beyond during the pandemic when when my son couldn't wear a mask due to sensory issues. Any family with special needs should feel absolutely welcome."

"Lindsay did an AMAZING job on my long curly hair. Took her time and gave me a REAL haircut. Not a 10 minute cut. She was thorough, listening to my needs and detail oriented. My hair is even and looks like I paid top dollar for it. Nice to talk with as well. She is experienced and just loves to cut hair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LINDSAY."
