"This place is a rip off buyer beware, I physically walked in. I spoke with the owner. I informed him that I wanted taps put on my shoes. He pointed out that I needed partial soul and I needed a new heel and the taps as well. I said what is your price he said $40 I said well what will it cost just for me to get the taps and the partial souls put on he said $39 I said thank you for your business. I will not come back and then I noticed a sign if he use your credit card, he charges a fee of $3.99 buyer. Please be aware this is not a good business person do not come here at all."
"Very poor service. My order couldn’t be located for a long time once it was found it wasn’t done. I dropped it off on Monday they told me to pick it up Friday. My shoe order was messed up, and not properly fixed. Also, I had to wait for them to finish my order once I came to pick it up. I asked for all four straps to be sewn onto my purse and only two were. One shoe stitching and two straps a purse being sewn on cost $43. The service was not only not done but it was very unprofessional. Very dissatisfied and I will not be returning, the lack of quality work and care for customer needs as missing."
"Terrible service. They lost my sandal, said they would call me when they found it, and never called. I returned to the store and they had found my shoe. No explanation, no apology, and no concern for the inconvenience they caused me. Not going back there."
"Manuel & his brother Carlos were great!!! After having a bad experience with another shoe repair Carlos said he would take care of me & that's what they did! My shoe was beautifully repaired in abt 15 mins for half the cost of the other repair place. I've already shared my great experience here & I'll definitely be back!!!"
"Very Poor Customer Service I wish I could give them negative stars. They failed to repair my luggage properly as promised (and paid for in advance). Additionally, I visited the store during their posted hours (perhaps 20 minutes before their posted closing hours) and the shop was closed. I recommend looking elsewhere for luggage repair. I cannot speak to the job they do on shoes, but they get no more "at bat" from me."
