"Extremely poor customer service. Do not make a complaint or you will be exiled as a customer. The owner cannot do nails but does them sometimes anyway and does a terrible job! Not worth the money. There are plenty of other nail shops around."

"I had the best manicure & pedicure here! It’s a very cute, clean place. They have plenty of options for nail polish! Laney did my nails & she was wonderful! Really took her time, made sure my nails were even, & did such a nice job with the polish. I will absolutely be coming back!"

"Nails were good but I feel like I was overcharged when I didn't even get a polish. My nails took the same time my friends did and I got charged 70 and she got charge 50. Not a huge thing but wasn't sure why that happened. *UPDATE* It has only been 7 days since I got my nails done and they are lifting at the end and barely hanging on to my nail bed. I have an office job so I'm not doing anything that could cause them to break early or lift. I have had my nails done like this so many times and they usually last around 3 to 4 weeks. I also forgot to mention that when I was getting my nails done the lady that I worked with continued to say that it was taking so long to do my nails, and that it was so hard to do an ombre style nail which was just an extra powder. No polish, art work, or diamonds were added to them. Very simple and yet she made it seem like it was the hardest thing. I definitely felt taken advantage of especially with the price. I will not be returning to this spot because not only are the nails lifting and the price was so blatantly increased, but because under the acrylic my actual nail beds are sore for the last 4 days. I can't get the pain to stop either. Not sure what to do but it's really bad. With tip the total was $94.00 And for 7 days I was definitely ripped off. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!"

"Wasn't satisfied with my nails. I told the lady who did them what color I wanted and she insisted that the color she picked was what I wanted. I realized later that the heart design she made was different on both nails which ended up bothering my ocd. Then without asking she freestyled a baby heart on both nails that I did not ask for. And on top of everything, one of my nails is crooked :). I paid $66 for nails im not happy with. Dont go to this place."
