"Normally I have a good experience but this time the lady followed me around the store i mean to the point she was standing in my way while looking at the color staring at me I started walking around to see if she was really following me and she followed me so closely it had me so uncomfortable I left with out getting any of it. l was in the store a week before that and they didn't do that Idk why she felt the need but I'll be back if she dose the same thing I will find a new store to get my color from"
"Not sure why they only sell to "licensed professionals" only and there is a Sallys Beauty right down the street. Explained to the girl I was new to the location while having great conversation. She let me shop until i took all my items to the counter saying "we only sell our items to licensed professionals". Very unprofessional and misleading."
