"At first, this pool company was awesome. As time went on, they wouldn't return text messages or phone calls. I've been trying for a week to get Justin to call me back as to when they were going to come out and close our pool. It's the second week of October and no word from them. I even went to where the office is located and couldn't get anyone to come to the door. When they opened our pool in May, per our request, one of the workers broke a bolt on our deep end ladder. Justin stated, don't worry, we will take care of it at the end of the season. So, here we are with absolutely no communication from them. Per Justin earlier in the year, I mentioned to him why I couldn't get return phone calls. He stated, It's a work in progress. For being established for decades, I felt that was a poor excuse; and, here we are, again. Next......."

"I'm a first time pool owner, I was super overwhelmed when I went to clean the pool and all of the stuff involved. Although they are in their super super busy season Samantha could tell how frustrated I was and she made sure to have someone come the following day. Mike took the time after hours to come back to my house after opening the pool and go over EVERYTHING with me. He went over the pump, the filter, chemicals the type of pool I have and gave me different options! He was extremely knowlegable, very detailed and so helpful! I'm so happy I called majestic pools to open the pool for me, they truly went above and beyond!!"
