"The Natatorium is a nice facility and in the past was the nicest and most affordable place around. However, in the past few years it has started to falter. When equipment is broken it tends to stay broken for a long time. There is a lot of old equipment which isn't bad as long as it are maintained and working. But again if something goes down it takes a long time to fix. The dumbbells are tore up and falling apart. The roof seems to leak often. There are buckets on the indoor track more often than they should be. The men's main locker room door has been broken for at least a week and it often just stays open. That is not okay. I would expect a locker room door would be a priority to fix. The shower curtain are often broken and just poorly designed. The water temperature for the showers is absolutely terrible unless you are in the first stall. The other stalls are not a consistent temperature. If you turn it up to the maximum heat, you'll be lucky if the water is warm for 30 seconds before it's cold. It continuously fluctuates from warm to cold which is very frustrating. The Natatorium used to be the premiere facility it the area, but recently has begun to be a failing facility. Revive the Natatorium to its original greatness."

"The natatorium is a wonderful place to exercise. They have a ton of gym equipment, and they also have a literal gym, so you can play some basketball. They also have a big swimming area. The swimming area is m my personal favorite to use there because it's indoors and reliable for all seasons. Also, I had quite a few memories with my closest friends and family. In the aquatic center they have a walking exercise pool, a tube water slide, a giant lap pool that's convertible into a diving pool, a smaller child splash section, another lap pool but it's smaller, and finally a hot tub. The staff are quite nice and very serious about their jobs."

"For the most part, the Nat is a perfectly acceptable gym with a few standouts: Lenore, a fantastic yoga instructor, comes to mind. Also the sauna is great, however, I have never been to a gym where people wear their street clothes/shoes in a sauna--GROSS! Also, a gym of this size needs to up their game where equipment is concerned. I made a suggestion awhile ago that a second set of 20 lb. weights would be greatly appreciated since a lot of people including me, rely on that weight for much of upper body workouts. I guess, the manager ordered some but again they seemed to disappear or only one would be on the rack. Once, I saw one propping open a door in the pool area. I had another chance to address this when a manager came up to me and said that someone had complained that I was using an adjustable bench for too long. Say, here's an idea: order more equipment! I only use the bench for exercises that require the incline--no longer than anyone else I observe, but having only two of these benches for a gym of this size is ridiculous. I hope whoever is in charge of ordering equipment does a better job in the future because this is getting annoying considering I pay good money for a family membership. I also agree with another post that mentioned that a lot of people just sit on machines and stare at their phones. I don't have a problem saying something but I think management could be more proactive. One more thing: I have taken several photos of machines or deadlift bars that use plates with several 35-45 plates left on for the next person to remove. Management should strongly discourage this rude and ignorant behavior. On the bright side, the variety and quality of the equipment is great and the pool is awesome."

"The facility is pretty cool and the staff are nice but the pricing is a little bit much. We only want to have our son be able to go swimming but my lady and I want nothing to do with the water. We would be sitting and doing nothing except for phone stuff but we still have to pay full price admission just to be in the building. They do have swimming lessons and a lot of events. And my son loves so yeah I would say it's a good place to go. But be sure to have extra money"

"This is a great place to take your younger aged children. Took my 10 year old, 9 year old, and 2 year old niece. They all had fun, but it is more age appropriate for younger kids. The older kids loved the slide and just swimming in the deep end. The 2 yr old loved the kids' area and the Frog toddler slide. They have ample space for changing. There is also a tree house outside of the swimming area that can be played on. Wish they had more open swim times."
