"TLDR: Best shoe fitting experience ever. We came in at 3pm on Sunday and the store was bustling! But a worker (Brian? The guy who's a fan of On Clouds) quickly talked to us, asked us what we needed, looked at our gaits, measured our shoe size, and brought us shoes to try on very very quickly. We must have tried on about 6 shoes each and he was so patient and helpful. Every shoe was better than the last we tried on and he really took our feedback. We ended up with the best fitting sneakers we've ever bought (they even ordered a different color shoe for me!), plus a bunch of desperately needed socks and a sports bra thanks to sales. Workers apologized for the delays due to how busy they were, but we still had the best shoe fitting experience *ever*. We're going to be loyal customers from here on out for our sneaker needs. 100% would recommend."
