"I don't know if its because much of the staff was new hires for the holiday season or not but no one seemed to know what they are doing. Everyone was polite but unhelpful when it came to helping you find anything."
"I was in there last night past closing (which I felt really bad about). But AJ and the other girl working the register were so great and helpful. They were so patient with me and helped me finally make a decision on what to buy. AJ didn’t try to pressure me into anything even though I was there past closing. He helped me thoroughly and gave me his honest opinion. Really great staff they all deserve a raise!!!"
"I'm still mad at the experience I had. 3 days in a row of the worst customer service I ever had anywhere. No one should be treated that badly at a shoe store just trying to exchange unworn shoes for a different size. Especially since they were huraches. A known shoe to never be the same size to fit you."
"Very good variety of selections of shoes. Blows all other stores locally out of the water. Very hard to walk around in store though not much space with the the racks. And not one person greeted me. They had a lot of younger kids working there and I know they just opened up so maybe they are working out the kinks with their customer service and greeting and asking if you need help."
