"Big Lots is an interesting place to shop. Not a bad place to start if you need something specific, just to see if they have it, as the prices are usually a bargain. I can usually find a few organic staples after a little stroll through the food department and a household goods search usually leads to a few great items for my kitchen. The aisles aren't too difficult to maneuver for my husband's travel wheelchair, which is nice, because he loves perusing the aisles for things we might need as well. All in all, Big Lots is a great place to search for bargains."

"Called up there three times cause the first time when I was asked to hold they hung up and then called a second time and they acted like they didn’t know it was the same customer called back a third time to see if they had an item in stock and the ladies were just atrociously rude, I wouldn’t shop here again just for the attitude I don’t appreciate their customer service I always shop at big lots but I won’t after keeping workers with no CSR skills and I don’t know why either of you two girls are working there if you don’t treat or talk to the customers with respect that’s crazy big lots"
