"Continuously lied to by Brooke bout returning calls. I have tested clean 3 times now n yet to get to see my child because I moved here from Indiana and haven't got insurance switched yet so I can't do the classes yet. I was told it doesn't matter if I'm clean even tho I'm in drug treatment in Indiana that's not good enough for them. They continuously argue bout doing in person classes with my gf even tho the counselor is fine with telemedicine because of corona. They go out of their way to make your life hard. Brooke even told my gf because I haven't been able to start classes yet mind u I'm the ONLY INCOME in the house that I might hold my gf back even though I continue to test clean"

"This agency is absolutely disgusting, and you're supposed to be for the people, for the children for Christs sake. The two women that I've been talking to, in regards to my son being neglected, were so rude and nasty I had to hang up on them. Wouldn't stop cutting me off, calling me out of my name, and didn't care when I told them that what they were saying was offending me. I have also called and made a complaint to hr. This is so sad, I hope you guys can hire more experienced and compassionate people."

"My experience with WCCS was brief. Here are my personal and family Issues 1 First person that came to visit had no idea or detailed information about his case. He was however pleasant. 2 Case worker did NOT make scheduled visits or came before the parents arrived home from work making it very difficult for elderly family member who was at the house. 3 Scheduled appointment cancelled at last moment. 4 Calls to agency were NOT returned in a timely manner. Solutions All caseworkers sent to homes should review the case 24hrs prior to visit. Caseworkers must be accountable for and report their attendance at visit to be reviewed by Supervisor weekly. Notification of visit cancellation within 24hrs of visit and visits should occur at designated time with a 10 minute delay allotment. Communication must be utmost concern, log of calls and return calls noted to be reviewed monthly by Supervisor. As one professional to other professionals, please accept this review as an opportunity for process improvement."

"Just when you think you are going to speak to a professional person WHOM deals with children that are being treated badly, the county workers I have come across seem to be egotistical jokes. I have a badge - I'm perfect.. wow...I can demand things from people (That are opening up their home to take care of children and the county worker doesn't know if the system can help the person with financial services. (Case worker ) let me ask around (Me )ok? And when I say, could you take 2 children into your home dress ,feed ,buy diapers for a ongoing task? Without help? Well ,I didn't ask for that.. (me- neither did we.. had 10 min to change my life raise 2 kids ,on 1 income.. yea geez, I will spend my retirement money to help out the system .... nope guess not.. be seeing you in the morning"
