"I had very bad experience with front desk on 4th January/2024 they refused me to sign up for the membership despite of the fact i had tour with ymca guy & jody in welcome centre she helped me initially but by the time she left we had very bad experience with front desk woman in Y tshirt & blonde hair. I had no choice in signing up later since moved from newyork to Mason .Please look into this matter as you guys are biggest in nation & this kind of behavior is not attall acceptable."
"Its OK overall, but I am really disappointed with their swimming coaches. They are consistently wrong in judging and made my son change levels 3 times. I have also seen this is happening only to targeted few and not everyone. They are in high demand in general and equally rude because of that."
"The Countryside YMCA in Lebanon is a beautiful facility. I only visited the meeting area where local schools have their after school activities. This area of the building is very clean and spacious. The parking is spacious and very well lit as well."
"Easily one of the largest and most versatile YMCA facilities I’ve ever been too. Tons of equipment for exercisers of all fitness levels. Love the Life Fitness and Hammer Strength especially. They have a cafe, game room, nice clean locker rooms and so much more. Highly recommended."
"They do a fantastic job, no where has there been so many pools indoor or outdoor facilities for families to enjoy. They need to understand that for the family price of going there, it needs to start giving features other fitness clubs offer... II want 24 hr access to the cardio and cable based weight room."
