"Was asked if we needed help as soon as we walked in. Very nice, courteous employees that explained the current deals and sales that was going on at the time. My only, not really negative thing, but a downside about this store is the lack of goods available. Its a smaller store, but they still only sell common items. Overall its a great store to visit if you need help finding a specific game, POP, or t shirt. Very good experience, and i would recommend going!"
"I have never had a bad experience here! The service is always great and if there is ever an issue with it then I can confidently say the managers will take care of it. Back a few years ago I was often there at some midnight video game releases! It was always a lot of fun and very well structured. Video games can be very complex and confusing but if you ever have an questions the employees are very well equipped to answer them in the best way possible and even will go above and beyond to find help for you. The used games very rarely don't work but when they don't you can get them exchanged with usually no problem. Game stop is really a great place to get new and used games. They usually have good pre-order promotions and this one is no exception. It is a lot harder for them now that very much of the video game purchases are online and it doesn't seem as if that will be changing for a while if ever. I would highly encourage people in the community to continue to support this place and what it does. They might not give you a lot for your used games but they need to make a profit too, so maybe cut them a little slack. Once again. Love the place and employees who are very educated on the video game world and will share with you when you ask!"
