"I asked for a gel manicure. I got polish removal and replacement. That may qualify as a manicure there, but not in my experience. A manicure should include trimming cuticles and a hand massage. I was disappointed and will find a new salon. I am new in this area and am willing to shop around."
"Tells you one price, you confirm the specific type of polish/service you want for the price then after they take your polish off they double the price. Completely unprofessional. Also they give people an appointment time and you still wait 30 minutes after your appointment time to even start getting polish off. Very unprofessional."

"AMAZING salon! I came in today with nails I was hating, from another nail salon. I had chunky, broken SNS french tips. The salon was super busy today, i was there at 5:30. They had a rush of about 10 people and they handled it so beautifully and fast and gave great service. I had a great experience and my nail tech was Tom, who did such an amazing job and gave me one of the best sets i've had. I let him pick out a black glittery color for me, and he gave me a great SNS set with tips that was the exact length, shape and thickness i wanted! super happy and will be coming back for Tom's work! The pink and white french tips were of the nails i wasn't liking from another salon, and a few of them ended up breaking off too after 4 days."
