"I wanted to give a shout out to Tammy and Ralph for being so incredibly kind and helpful! I came to this store after being treated very rudely at another store. Thanks to Tammy for answering my questions on the phone and ensuring me that there would be someone available to help me install my new battery. Thank you so much to Ralph for being so sweet and helpful when installing my new battery. He even cleaned off all the corrosion without complaint (previous store said they wouldn’t even touch it).
