"If I could give 0/5 I would. I had gotten my hair down there this past weekend and I was absolutely disappointed with the services. I had gone to a different stylist then my normal one there and I ended up leaving in tears. I got completely the opposite of what I had asked for and HATED the way my hair looked. I even showed her a reference picture ( attached below) as for what i wanted. Then after having the stylist fix it once ( which it just made it worse) i decided to call it quits for the day and that i would call them later to get it figured out. I was brought up to the front desk to pay and they overcharged me on services that i HAD NOT asked for. I called my mom bc what else would an 18 year old girl do when she has to pay almost $300 for hair she hates. My mom had gotten ahold of my normal stylist there and i had payed half of what they charged me and my normal stylist told me i could come back in TODAY and get it fixed for free. After crying in my car for almost an hour i left. No brining us to today my mom got an email from my normal stylist basically saying that i cannot come and get it fixed for free until thr inital amount they wanted to charge my was paid in full or unless i wanted to pay for my services today to FIX IT. So i was confused because i was under the belief that i could get it fixed for free like i was told because the stylist had screwed it up. I called the Salon and talked to Tina the OWNER of the Salon and i told her the whole story about had what happened and she proceeded to tell me that i was lying bc that wasn’t what happened and then told me to have a great day and then hung up on me. This is a pretty popular salon in the Harrison area and they are pricy but i’ve never minded paying my dues bc normally i’ve left with a smile on my face. Safe to say i will absolutely never go back here again. Photos attached below As a response to the owners so called “response” for what you would like to tell me I’ve been getting my hair done for about 5 years so my age has nothing to do with it thank you. My AGE has nothing to do with this. This is me giving my gods honest review of what happened and how i was treated. And obviously this is no way to run a business and you should be ashamed of yourself. I guess it is my fault for assuming that i was able to get my hair fixed after a stylist of yours screwed it up. My bad. This post wasn’t aimed to get pitty out of other people because i honestly thought no one would see it, once again i was proved wrong because i have had many people reach out to me saying similar things have happened to them and i have had other stylist wanting to fix what you messed up. It’s almost 2024 and this kind of treatment should not be allowed in salons. Seriously the response you just gave me like..you know people see these…you’re paying customers see these and potential new clients…that’s embarrassing. I didn’t pay the full amount bc i was under the impression that i was over charged (as i was told) so you call it theft i guess but this is the kinda of behavior that customers SUE for. And just to make this clear… I was NOT upset with this price..I was UPSET with the way my hair looked. It was nothing like the picture and there were streaks of purple in it from the toner ( that i had NOT asked for) that still after three days HAS NOT washed out. Safe to say welcomed or no i will absolutely never be spending another dime on this salon."
